Probable First American edition. $3.00 cover price, yellow cloth spine, folio size, colored endpapers with rows of elephants would indicate a First Edition. Clean, tight and unmarked with light rubbing to edges of boards. P.O. name neatly written upper edge of title page. DJ has a few chips and closed tears along edges, plus some scraping lines along spine and front panel. Dust jacket protected in a new archival grade mylar sleeve
